In these unprecedented times we find ourselves in with the current uncertainty over the Covid-19 Coronavirus situation, we at Steppin’ Out would like to assure clients that should you be forced to postpone or cancel your booking through Covid-19 Coronavirus restrictions, any deposit/booking fee paid is non refundable, however we will credit you with the amount paid which will go towards your new event date. It will mean that should you decide to postpone your event, you will still be invited to reschedule your function for an alternative date for up to a 12 month period subject to availability.
This seems like the best approach given the unpredictable circumstances we all find ourselves in.
